In order to run Camp India, the following information may be collected in order to administer your site, sort out any problems that we may have in terms of information technology or for general statistics. Where Camp India engage third party contractors outside of its sister organisation Invasion to perform services for us, those third party suppliers may at times be required to handle your personal information. Be aware that it is possible that we could be forced to disclose such information in response to the service upon us of a subpoena issued by a court or agency.
Camp India retains all archives relating to applicants and participants as part of our business. In order to assure the confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that conform with our high principles.

Opting Out or Choices
Please contact your Camp India if you wish to change your e-mail address or opt-out of receiving email messages. However, as stipulated in all Camp India Program Agreements, we must be able to contact current, paid Camp India participants via e-mail from the time of application until the completion of the program. Upon completion of the Camp India program, former participants will be able to opt out of receiving further e-mails from us.
Your Own Data
You can find out what personal information Camp India holds about you by sending us an email. We reserve the right to charge you a fee of up to £10 for dealing with your data request. We will acknowledge your request as soon as we are able to and should we be prevented from disclosing your personal information We will give you reasons for our refusal.
